A customer has 7 days to return any unused items should they not be satisfied with their purchase. A Return Form should be completed which can be found here. Our 7 day return policy starts from the date the purchased item is delivered. The item has to be returned within the 7 days in its original unused condition within its original packaging, with its invoice, a completed return form and the delivery note. If the item was received as a gift and the customer does not have the invoice, the company will use its discretion to allow the customer to exchange the time if found faulty or have the item exchanged for the another item of the same value. Credit notes may also be given however, customers will not receive the balance of exchanged items of a lower value. Refunds will be paid according to how original payments were made or a credit note may be issued. Refunds do not include delivery charges. Returns may also be exchanged. All items purchased will be assessed by our quality assurance department before any returns or exchanges are approved. If our quality assurance department finds an item with any defect or any form of quality issues, a return or exchange will be created by our administrative department where arrangements will be made for the return or exchanged item. Customers will not be entitled to any refunds or exchanges, should our quality assurance department find that a customer has not followed the recommended care instructions provided by us, or that items are not defective, or do not demonstrate any quality issues. Kindly note faulty items will be accepted up to 2 months after purchases for returns or exchanges provided that the item was used for its intended purpose and taken cared for by the recommended instructions.
